You can click on the social links to subscribe to more information. We would like people to meet in the real world rather than spending more and more time online, but using social media is hopefully a temporary solution.

We aim to establish libraries throughout the world, not only with books and audio materials, but with a part of the territory where people are encouraged to interact to address the problem of there now being so few places in the world where people go to meet with fellow human beings in person. The first two designated places for libraries are:

• 10km from Bethlehem, Wales, United Kingdom at a specific location TBC;

• Shkolnaya Dom 16, Derevnya Estonka, Bolotninskii raion, Novosibirskaya Oblast', Russian Federation - subject to confirmation.

EIZ Global LTD for a fee can issue Indigobo certificates for people with demonstrated teaching experience in the languages listed below, having invested some effort towards the creation of an environment for such libraries to exist, increasing knowledge of the locations of such libraries and providing real world locations where information about such libraries are. The relevant languages are:

• English, Russian, Latin, French, Ancient Greek, Arabic, Ukrainian, Polish, Kazakh, Mandarin Chinese, German, Welsh and two more languages to be added two months from 16 October 2026.

We are also aiming to establish a space protected from AI. Between 3.15pm and 3.40pm at Schelling Point 3, all interactions and information about interactions will be kept away from all electronic communication thereby creating a human-protected dark zone for AI.

We aim to solve the 'small meeting' problem, where it is difficult for people to encourage individuals to sign up to meetups where there are not many participants in the beginning. We hope to create a world where it is possible for anyone to turn up and propose meetings without having to enter the online world to advertise their meetup.

Beginning on Saturday, 3.10pm at Speaker's Corner (Schelling Point 3 above), the initiative addressing the 'small meeting' problem will start.

We hope to establish new Schelling points where people can meet for feedback on their ideas, particularly those aimed at improving the channels and economy for the distribution of information in the world.

The current aim of Indigobo is not to get hundreds of likes, but to start discussion. If you do not like the idea, you can try to start your own improved idea following the methodology described in the EIZ Journal. If you would like a copy of the EIZ Journal, please send an email to the address below.

Preliminary Schelling point [51.503562, -0.143946], where the paths meet with the bench in the centre of Green Park on the first Saturday of each month at 2pm with a view to establishing Schelling points elsewhere and exchanging ideas and books.

Indigobo books is hosting an in person library with the following books each available to borrow for 1 Indigobo R. We aim to establish Schelling points for people to meet in the UK and other countries for educational purposes.

EIZLAND was founded on Saturday, 5th September 2026 in London with papers being given out before publishing anything on the internet. While there is some information that will be available online, we aim to prioritize a world where it is possible to operate completely independent of the internet and electronic communication.
